At Bridjie, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password. We also store your subscription tier (Free, Premium, or Pro) and account creation date.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including feature usage and session duration, to improve our service.
- Purchase Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, purchase information is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through our payment processor RevenueCat. We receive only subscription status, not payment details.
- Device Information: We may collect device identifiers and operating system version for troubleshooting and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Bridjie service
- Process your subscriptions and manage your account tier
- Send push notifications (Pro feature, with your consent)
- Respond to your support requests
- Analyze usage patterns to improve app performance and user experience

We use the following third-party services to operate Bridjie:

4. Push Notifications
Push notifications are a Pro feature and require your explicit consent. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App. We use notifications to alert you when commands complete or when your terminal requires attention.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Your password is securely hashed and never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so by contacting us at support@bridjie.com. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
7. Children's Privacy
Bridjie is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
