Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bridjie mobile application ("App") operated by Bridjie ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Bridjie App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
Bridjie is a mobile terminal application that allows users to connect to and control remote servers from their mobile devices. The App provides terminal emulation, command execution, and AI-powered features depending on your subscription tier.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
4. Subscription Plans
Bridjie offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: Basic local terminal functionality
- Premium: Remote connections, tab completion, custom themes, and 30-day session recording
- Pro: All Premium features plus unlimited recording, push notifications, and advanced analytics
Features and pricing are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
5. Billing & Payments
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription
- Automatic renewal of your subscription until cancelled
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple App Store Support or Google Play Support. For billing issues or disputes, you may also contact us at support@bridjie.com for assistance.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Access systems or data without authorization
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access any remote systems through the App.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bridjie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDJIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridjie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support@bridjie.com.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
